No! we do not simply refill toner cartridges. Our process is complex. We are constantly battling the "cheap" remanufacturers who tarnish the industry by simply refilling. Firstly we fully inspect and test every empty cartridge to assess what components will meet our quality requirements. Even some OEM cartridges are below our quality requirements and we discard these low grade OEM's before we waste time testing. Once tested, the cartridge is disassembled and cleaned. Appropriate component replacements are made and the cartridge is refilled with a specific weight of toner as per the OEM page count requirement. The toners we choose are matched to the cartridge for optimum performance. The assembled unit is again tested to ensure quality specifications are met. The unit is packed in a sealed foil bag and boxed with the sample test print and our written lifetime guarantee.

Can all toner cartridges be remanufactured?

Most brands of toner cartridges can be recycled. For the best results avoid damage to the cartridge during freight. But if you can't see the model of your cartridge listed in our price list, please contact us and we will be able to help as our range is expanding daily.


How many cycles of remanufacture can a toner cartridge do?

The cartridge itself can do many cycles as most of the parts within the cartridge that wear out can be replaced. We also offer cartridges with Long Life drum replacements that guarantee six cycles of remanufacture.


How is the recycling of toner cartridges viewed by printer manufacturers?

Naturally the manufacturers of original brand cartridges make a lot of money by selling new products. The recycling of cartridges reduces their profits. We are proud of our recycling service and stand by our guarantee of quality to customers.
